Mood: Satisfied
Listening to: (Nice Dream) by Radiohead
Reading: Homework sheet
Watching: Pens game in... 3 hours
Playing: Gunz
Eating: I believe the future promises pork chops
Drinking: Unclean Liquids
This is an explanation for anyone who will read this journal and subsequently the works posted here. I'm currently going through a... shall we say "phase" where my literary style is... erratic, so bear in mind that the works posted here are not representative of my abilities as a whole as a writer, but then again, what truly is?
Listening to: Waking Up in The Morning by Yasunori Mitsuda
Reading: Thud! by Terry Pratchett
Watching: Avatar: The Last Airbender (still awesome)
Playing: Chrono Trigger
Eating: Junk Food :D
Drinking: Tap Water
Anyone remember it? Anyone play it recently due to the fact that it was "before their time"? I'm not sure how MY generation, the one of ps3's and 360s and Wiis have judged this game, and indeed not many even seem to know about it. It's a shame. Chrono Trigger, in my not quite so humble opinion, is the pinnacle of story telling, the most immersive gaming experience to be found, and damn good RPG to boot. I've been playing it over recently on an emulator, and it's just... it's just still so damn good. So people with DS's, people who for some reason still own a SNES, or hell people with computers, go out, buy or download this game, and see why it's one of the quintessential "classics" of the genre. Oh, and I just some of the soundtracks for it, and all i can say is EPIC. Fucking EPIC.
Listening to: The Gratefuldead (found a CD, put it into iTunes)
Reading: William Carlos Williams
Watching: out for myself
Playing: the only game in town, baby.
Eating: hotdogs
Drinking: chilled water with a hint of a juice container
Okay some words regarding the works i will be submitting: first off, they are intended, for the most part, to be parodies of the poetry genre, one that is largely overestimated by the masses and taken FAR too seriously
